Choir Spring Trip

April 26-28, 2013

We have the plans in place for our spring trip to South Padre.  Here are the things we have planned for the trip:

- 2 night hotel stay

- Travel to and from South Padre on charter buses, local travel with same charters

- Schlitterebahn Waterpark admission

- Competition through Texas Music Festivals

- Dolphin Watch Tour

- 5 meals covered in cost

A few of the costs will be determined by the number of students and adults going on the trip.  The largest of these is bus costs which are divided out equally.  At this point, we are estimating the cost/student to be $350 plus souvenirs.

We will have a specific payment plan with an exact dollar amount when we get commitment forms back from every child.

We will be doing a fundraiser for students to help raise money towards the cost of their trip or towards their fair share fees in January.

Parents can go along as chaperones.  The same cost minus the contest fee will apply.
