Anderson Choir 2011-2012

Welcome!  We are so excited for another year of creating and experiencing high quality music and performance.  New events are happening.  Choral groups are being brought back.  We are committed to having a wonderful and successful year!

Near future choir events:

October 22nd– TMEA Region Vocal Auditions

• Audition Information

October 25th - All-City Choral Festival Rehearsal & Concert

Bringing back:

• Men’s Barbershop – this a capella chorus meets outside of the school day.
• Women’s Vocal Jazz – this chorus meets outside of the school day.

More opportunities:

• Voice lessons – optional – students can sign up for voice lessons to prepare for All-State, Solo Contest, or just to improve their vocal abilities and confidence.
• All-State rehearsals – while a lot of the student‘s preparation for All-State audition process happens on their own, students will get instruction/practice with the teachers to help them be successful .
